“If you have a month, or even two weeks to spare I could not think of a more memorable and rewarding way to spend your time”Kate Alback 2007

“I have been playing rugby now for 9 years, I have been coaching for the last 3, and in my combined years I have yet to witness the passion and desire to play rugby as I did in Rwanda. The boys have such a passion to learn as much of the game as they can. With a little demonstration the players pick it up very quickly. I believe that FoRR are making a huge difference in the lives of these young men" Sarah Formiglio 2008

“The whole experience of being in this country was amazing. The people are so incredibly friendly. The children had walked a long way to be at school and either arrived a few hours early or stayed in the afternoon just for the rugby. This is commitment. It also showed that they enjoyed it so much they wanted to keep coming back. I am stunned at how quickly they got to grips with rugby, the Tumba and Ngoma children got it, and got it quickly. The country – it is stunning. Every time we went round a bend on the roads, there was yet another stunning view.  Would I recommend this to someone else? I already have, dozens of times since I got back.” Amanda Bennett 2009

Rwanda the land of 1000 hills
